生产高精度齿轮离不开齿轮软件

   一些生产设备需0级高精度齿轮,例如生产芯片的光刻机,齿轮传动不能有丝毫误差.这种设备也异乎寻常地昂贵,一套上亿元.而且西方国家还不愿卖给中国,严格控制向中国输出.
   中国要生产此种设备,首先要解决高精度齿轮的生产问题.生产0级高精度齿轮,普通的滚,剃,磨达不到要求.如果没有齿轮软件,就生产不出此类高精度的齿轮.
   宇航CAD齿轮软件按双精度计算,输出按小数点后第八位.精确到小数点后第三位就是微米,第八位就小于纳米了.采用宇航CAD齿轮软件绘出精准的齿轮图后,慢走丝线切割加工,就可生产出0级高精度齿轮,能满足高精密传动的要求,而且成本低廉.

 

使用说明:

1.在AutoCAD中增加一个命令:
在AutoCAD中,如果要加载运行cgear.vlx,点菜单下的"工具tools",点"加载应用程序(load application...)",再点此程序cgear.vlx,点"加载load"按钮,点"关闭close"按钮. 在AutoCAD的命令(Command:)下,输入cgear命令,输入相关参数,就可自动画出一个齿轮.运行其它vlx程序类同.
中望CAD2011上加载方法,在COMMAND命令下,输入(load"cgear.VLX"),再输入cgear命令即可运行.在AutoCAD、浩辰CAD中也可这么加载运行.
2.让增加的命令永存于AutoCAD中:
为使cgear命令在AutoCAD中永存,点"加载应用程序(loadapplication...)"后,再点"内容",点"添加",点此程序cgear.vlx,再点"添加",点"关闭close"按钮.下次运行AutoCAD就无须再加载cgear.vlx,cgear命令将永驻于AUTOCAD中.
3.在AutoCAD中增加和使用下拉式菜单:
把AeroCAD.mnu拷贝到AutoCAD运行menu命令显示的目录下,在AutoCAD的命令(Command:)下,输入menu,点AeroCAD.mnu,加载菜单,就可点击下拉式菜单命令.例如,点cgear命令.
或者把以下菜单复制到你的ACAD.MNU菜单文件的最末尾,再在AutoCAD的命令(Command:)下,输入menu,点acad.mnu,加载菜单,就可使用下拉式菜单命令.
